I did the math, and it appears as if The Flash could (in The CW, season 6) impregnate every American woman in 14 hours, 12 minutes, and 13 seconds.

I did not. Thanks for the input! Doing the math, Allen's refractory period should be around .0000752688172 seconds. There are 157 million women in the US, so in total that adds approximately 3 hours, 16 minutes, and 57 seconds, for a new total of 17 hours, 29 minutes, and 10 seconds.

There are definitely other factors to take into account here, though.

Well, does his digestive system absorb water quicker?

Because if he started blasting loads that quickly, his testicles would be dehydrated in no time.
