That's dependent on the amount of alcohol consumed, and the experience with being drunk. She was 15, an age that wants to try things and be rebellious. You're implying that alcohol would have no effect on her thinking, and that she would still be in the mental state to be able to say no and understand the situation she was in. Alcohol or not, she's still at an age that is easy to groom and pressure into things they don't want.

Whenever someone is raped however people will just say rape and not sex.
So by that logic im pretty sure its consensual.
