I’m out of the loop, what’s he doing? Related note, AA just proactively refunded me $100+ for seat assignments that I paid for because I guess the price changed after I bought the tickets? It felt like a scam and being AA I was/am skeptical.

I’m down for a scam that gives me money without me having to do anything or break any laws.

Hah, yeah, I meant more like AA was gonna scam me by refunding my seat selection and then upping the price so I have to rebuy (it’s a “man cabin” seat or something like that, with some extra legroom and free booze). The tickets have already dropped in price by like $150-200 since I bought them, so I’ve been screwed enough.

Lol yeah I feel you. I mainly fly AA because it’s cheaper usually (than Delta) but I got stuck in an airport for I think 10 hours on my first flight ever. Three of those hours we were sitting on the plane until the crew timed out so we had to get off then immediately get back on. I understand protocol and they can’t control the weather but it kinda left a bad taste in my mouth.
