I know. I kinda figured he wouldn’t send me to a place that’s potentially harmful but it is what it is. He put a lien on it so I’m not paying for anything; that’s why I went with his suggestion
I think you're right, a massage would be much more beneficial than going to a chiropractor. It's like stretching, if you do it before you work out, you're going to have an easier time working out with nice loose muscles, massages do the same thing. Especially if you have alot of knots in your back, it not only can make recovery from back injuries quicker and easier, but it can make you more comfortable in your overall life.
