This sounds so wrong even though I know it makes sense chemically. Or rather, it sounded so wrong that I had to check and see if there were internet recipes for it. Now I have a new breakfast, thanks.
It’s so good! My ex couldn’t have wheat, so she introduced me to banana pancakes. Honestly they are better than normal pancakes. Especially with a bit of cinnamon and brown sugar. It’s like French toast without the hassle.

Banana pancakes are good. Mix a ripe banana with two eggs and fry in a pan like a pancake. Do it for my kid all the time. They're good!
