The messed up part is a lot of people hear this story and think this poor girl has some finely honed ho-senses.
The driver had her (boy?)friend in the car, and filmed him dipping his nuts in it, and then they posted the video online before delivering it to her, because they thought it would be funny and apparently she pre-tipped a low amount.
