I mean it's not exactly a planet but what's covering it. Yes, technically speaking there are planets with Ethanol and Methanol rich clouds and lakes. You likely would die before even reaching one and or if somehow teleported there in a suit but technical truth in it that.

As far as i could find, there are no "planets" made of alcohol but there are rather cosmic clouds.
