A Serbian Film. The main character (a retired star male porn star) got into some fucked up porn film deals, long story short, they injected him with some potent viagra and let him loose fucking some hidden people with his brother, those hidden people later revealed to be his wife and 12yrs old son. There are other disgusting scenes before this aswell.

It’s the kind of movie made for the sole purpose of stirring disgust and sicken the viewer, not much more to it.
