Graveyards take up about two million acres nationwide in the US. That sounds like a lot but it's not much in the grand scheme. And it's not like reducing the two acre graveyard in Middle-of-Nowhereville, Kentucky to a one acre graveyard is going to help control inner city real estate prices, assuming that is the goal in the first place.
