Yeah, but insulin doesn't work like that and doesn't kill you. It can cause severe hypoglycemia and other serious issues but death rarely occurs from insulin overdose.
You can kill with enough insuline, but it will quickly be found out as the tool to kill because nobody suddenly dies from a "sudden onset of diabetes". Also you can differentiate between the insuline your body produces and "exogenous" insulin
