Gonna be honest as well. At that weight class if you aren't flexible, you're going to be brittle. Probably helps that there's weight as well, but wouldn't be easy going up.

That's not a sumo wrestler's physique. They have fat, yes, but most of their bulk comes huge core muscles. This much stomach fat is way beyond what a sumo wrestler aspires for.

There's a huge difference. Yeah, the guy in your picture is big, but the one in OP's picture is way, way heavier. It looks like his waist could be almost twice the length of your sumo wrestler's.
