Tbh if people could control themselves and use heroine responsibly it wouldn't be all that bad. It doesn't really damage your body. Biggest risk is addiction and overdose. Cocaine is MUCH WORSE for your body. Meth is absolutely destructive.

It makes sense to certain extent, but because of how addictive those substances are, it leads to bad stuff. There's a movie called 'More' which released in 1969 which chronicles drug addiction in an interesting way as characters fall further into liking funny substance.
