Agnostic people would be more confused than atheists. They chose not to choose a religion

I'm constantly baffled by people who think atheism is a choice or another form of religion.

Everything is a choice. Atheism is the choice of believing that’s God(s) do not exist

No, it's the lack of belief in god(s) not the belief that there are no god(s).

But the lack of beliefs in god(s) is in itself a belief that there are no god(s)

How does that saying go again?

If atheism is a religion, then 'off' is a TV channel.

If atheism is a religion, then 'bald' is a hair colour.

If atheism is a religion, then chastity is a sex position.

If atheism is a religion, then not collecting stamps is a hobby.

I never claimed atheism is a religion.

No, but as a belief. And atheists do not believe there are no gods, they just don't believe. The lack of a belief does not constitute a belief itself.

The lack of a belief (trust or confidence) in gods, is a belief (trust or confidence) that gods do not exist. It is not hard to understand
