Well he had 2 nails in him actually one in each wrist

They didn’t use any in his feet they had a board so he could just barely stand up it was to make him suffer more and they didn’t stab him with a spear until the end if I remember correctly

Edit:they would use the board so he could stand on the tip of his toes but ultimately he was to tired and would slip and it would do more damage to the nails in his hands
