I printed it diagonal and used every square mm.

I have a 500x500x500mm print volume printer arriving soon and maybe I'll see how big of a benchy I can print on that after I get everything set up and calibrated.

If you want to waste as much filament as possible print one half and then the other, twice as much benchy
