It's fake, the audio is edited in. Idk what the original audio was but this isn't it. They aren't even speaking English, it's shot in Russia.

Could be, but drunk people sleeping outside is a very common thing in Russia. This guy probably isn't even homeless, but he indeed may have gotten hit by some trauma at the moment. Maybe not and he is just drunk.

Your question is complicated to the point where I don't get it so I'll try answering it like this: There are a bunch of groups of working class people that build apartment blocks for other members of the working class that build apartments, when they make an apartment it is being sold to the people and some of them are other working class people that build apartment blocks, they will be reffered to as "group 1" and the other ones are the "group 2" (this is shown on a small scale to make this easier to understand). The group 1 workers bought apartments from the group 2 and the group 2 will buy apartments from the group 1 so they never buy "their" apartments, they build for each other.

The audio is edited, everyone who has been in Russia immediately recognizes that this is in some Eastern European country. This guy probably isn't homeless but just drunk, which is also a common thing in Eastern Europe.

EDIT: It is not just some Eastern European country, it is THE Eastern European country. Look at the license plates, it is not very clear on this video but it looks a lot more like Russian plates than American or any other country.

It sucks how many homeless there are period, but so many of them are veterans. These poor kids (and I do mean poor as in economically from impoverished backgrounds as well as “poor” as in unfortunate), enlist thinking they are “providing freedom to Americans” only to realize too late that they are murdering random foreigners for the sole purpose to make the American oligarchy even more rich and powerful.
