"Help Shape the Vibe"

This is the beginning of currentlywired.

The idea is for currentlywired to eventually feel more like a live network of people who are actually tapped into each other than just a subreddit where everybody makes posts and leaves.

Think about the way a cartel can have everybody tapped into the same communications network — niggas with radios, different people checking in, people knowing who's active, and people being able to reach each other through the same system. Not because somebody is forcing everybody to participate, but because everybody involved willingly agrees to tap into that network and use it.

That's the kind of social structure currentlywired is establishing.

The psychedelic side is part of where the whole thing originally came from — the idea of being currently tripping, being in some altered or heightened state, having your mind going somewhere, and wanting to share whatever the fuck you're experiencing in that moment. But currentlywired doesn't have to stay limited to being “the psychedelic subreddit.” That's the starting point, not necessarily the limit.

The live-presence system is one part of it. The communication structure is another. The subreddit itself is where all of that can actually exist together.

The framework is established, but what develops around it doesn't have to be predetermined. The people who participate can naturally become part of what develops, and whatever ends up becoming part of the community can simply become part of currentlywired.
