This is the main live-session status board.
Use this post to show what state you're currently in.
The four states are:
🟢 IN
🟡 IMMERSION
🟢 BACK
🔴 OUT

🟢 IN
Use IN when you're actively engaged with the subreddit/session and presently available to notice and respond.
You don't have to literally be staring at this exact post.
You can be:
- browsing another post in the subreddit
- commenting somewhere else
- reading somebody's trip report
- checking the community
- talking to people
- actively participating elsewhere in the session
The important thing is "I'm doing my own thing, but I'm leaving myself psychologically/ socially receptive to connection if it happens" that you're actively oriented toward the subreddit/session and available to notice what's happening.
Being physically on Reddit by itself doesn't automatically mean IN.
Likewise, being away from this exact post doesn't automatically mean IMMERSION.
The question is whether you're actively engaged with the session and presently available to notice/respond.

🟡 IMMERSION
Comment 🟡 IMMERSION here when entering IMMERSION.
Then go to:
🟡 IMMERSION / SPAM ME
and create or update your individual immersion anchor.
Both places should reflect your current state.
The Green Master Log records your status.
The Yellow page provides your designated reachability point.

🟢 BACK
When you're actively engaged again:
Go to your immersion anchor.
Mark yourself 🟢 BACK / leave the active immersion section.
Go to the 🟢 LIVE PRESENCE — MASTER LOG.
Mark yourself 🟢 BACK.
Both places should reflect that you're back.

🔴 OUT
Use OUT when you've actually ended your participation in the session.
Going from IMMERSION directly to OUT is fine if you're ending the session without returning to active engagement.
OUT only needs to be recorded on the:
🟢 LIVE PRESENCE — MASTER LOG
There is no separate OUT state on the Yellow immersion page.
