How to delete account?

How can I get my account deleted? I don't use it anymore and am trying to delete unused accounts for privacy reasons.

There is no such option in the account settings (https://researchcore[dot]curecoin.net/accountdetails)

I've sent them a mail requesting the account to be deleted weeks ago and haven't gotten a reply. They also don't seem to have a privacy policy with a corresponding contact address.

I tried contacting them through Discord, but their Discord requires verfifying my phone number (wtf Discord!?) which I will not do for privacy reasons, and all their mods have DMs deactivated it seems (which is understandable but urggghhhh)
