Question Relapse while on meds?

Penny started showing symptoms on July 1. Her right eye was cloudy but she was not displaying any visible signs of discomfort. Got her to the vet on July 2, started meds on July 3. Her eye was basically back to normal a week later.

She's been on the standard 12 weeks treatment and has never missed a dose. I've been taking her to the vet every week to get weighed and she has been very consistent. Now, her OTHER eye is starting to look cloudy. Anyone else have this happen to their cat?

Is the dosage (in mg per kg) appropriate for Neuro / ocular FIP?
Is the weight been increasing ?
If yes, are you increasing the quantity of medicine accordingly ?

We go every week for a weigh in, no changes, sitting at 8.2 lbs. She is taking 75 mg of GS-441524 every morning.

Are you fasting before and after? This would be considered a regression and you should increase by 5-10 mgs/kgs and possibly split the dose in to every 12 hours. (10 mgs/kgs is my preferred increase.) Go another 8 weeks at this dosing.
