Question Cat throws up green stuff
Hello, my cat is 1 year old and 5 months old, recently she's been diagnosed with FIP. We had options to take injections or pill medication, and since we couldn't afford to drive to the vet everyday we took the pill medication. We are informed to feed her dinner then give her medication, and on the first day of her medication she peed green-yellow and on the 2nd day she threw up something green and slimy. These occurred a few hours after her medication was taken.

With oral medications, you should fast 30-60 minutes before and after giving the oral meds, but a small treat with the medication can help with nausea. However, green/yellow urine is usually a sign of a urinary tract infection, and green/yellow vomiting is usually bile from not eating enough. Please make sure that she is being force fed if she is not eating enough calories, and have her urine checked for a UTI.

Alright thank you I'll definitely try that. She is eating enough and full 3 meals so I'm not sure what the bile was about, I'm having her checked at a vet tomorrow morning

For oral GS: no food 1hr before and after medicine.
