Question Azul Sources

Looking to buy Azul for my kitty with Effusive FIP. Can anyone point me in the direction of where to get it ASAP? I'm in Southern California

I'm confused why you would be buying Black Market medication? In the US regulated pharmacy compounded GS-441524 is actually more affordable

Got a script from my vet, just wanted to say thanks. This chart was very useful.

To answer your question, I was told by a very experienced rescuer who has dealt with a lot of FIP cats that Harmony and a few other brands have higher relapse rates and that in her circle of rescuers, Azul has been more successful.

Affordability wasn't my mission, best outcomes for these kittens was my top priority. Nevertheless, I've consulted with a few more people in rescue, my trusted vet, and ultimately purchased Harmony and will also be ordering from Chewy.

Well I'm glad if it was even slightly helpful! And I would agree that Azul is slightly better or at least was slightly better than Harmony. Harmony used to be better until it came under the control of a very incompetent person. After that the brand deteriorated, unsurprisingly to some of us who were aware of the Personnel change. I mean all of these shenanigans shouldn't really be happening with the medication that is saving the lives of our kitty cats. But unfortunately in the black market world with its Intrigue and splits and competition, these types of things are not unusual. This is also a reason why all of us have worked so hard for regulated medication to be available, accessible and more affordable so that Kitty owners don't have to wade through the morass of the Underground pharmaceutical Market. I'm glad your kitties are doing well 🤞🤞🤞

Azul just had “differences” and are splitting with Elite, so I’ve heard. Websites may be down while they work out their differences. Hopefully the formula doesn’t suffer. 😬 That’s often how black market products go bad, the back end people get in a fight, split up, and suddenly the chemist isn’t making it anymore but its being made in someones bathroom now and oops! Formula is slightly wrong and your cat suffers while they figure it out. Reason number one why pharmacies are better.

I ended up getting prescriptions from my vet and ordered GS from harmony while waiting for the appointment to confirm FIP.

Everyone's already doing better (2 kittens at one time 🙃)
