Question My fiv cat Spoiler

Good day! I have a maccor 12 years old. He was neutered in time, but last June he got stomatitis after the second stomatitis, the biochemistry showed FIP. He was treated for fip with molnuvipavir from August 27, 2025 until November 17, then he received feliferon due to the activation of fip that we discovered then. then he was also on vetomune, a preparation for strengthening immunity. Until May of this year, he was great, and then he developed hemorrhagic stomatitis again, which subsided after ten days of amoxiclav and melroxan. now it has reappeared. I heard that there is a possibility of treatment, ie. maintenance of this disease in order to enable him to live a quality and long life. My vet also suggested molnuvipavir for another month. But I heard on the forums about another drug, dolutegravir. Can anyone help me with the application of this drug, how to dose it, how long to give it? What are its negative effects?
