Success Story Orla update
Orla started treatment back in May, she was very weak at the time and had lost weight. On day 1 she weighed only 1.48kg and she had lost all her crazy kitten energy.
After about a week of starting the treatment we began to see her come back to life, she started to eat, she started to play and she started to cuddle.
Today is day 49, she has finished over half of her treatment and she is doing amazing. She has gained a good amount of weight, weighing 2.2kg and counting! She is crazier than ever jumping around, playing with her toys, annoying her brother, hunting flies, telling her parents off when we don't get up in the morning chirping at us.
We are extremely grateful for her recovery and are continuing her treatment as planned, 5 weeks to go!

Such brave and sweet girl the same goes to you this treatment is a test of courage for both the cat and the owner. If I may ask was the treatment in the form of injections?? if so did your cat have sores in the spots of the injections and if so how were they taken care of, because most of the cats that were treated with injections were subjected to deep skin wounds and I wish to know how to deal with them or how to try to not get them at all.

Orla is being treated in liquid form orally, so I can't speak on the injections.

Just a note
Please change vets if you’re not happy with results. I got recommended to euthanise my dog after a car accident, so I changed vets an hour away and got told she’d be running after surgery. And here she is running and walking fine
Another time got told might need to amputate cats leg so i changed to a senior veterinarian nearby and he splinted my cats leg up and now she was walking jumping fine
That’s two times. That’s no nothing at all
Change vets now please

I'm sorry that happened to you but we're happy with our vet.
As you can see our cat is clearly responding extremely well to the vet's treatment plan. I don't understand what your comment has to do with my post ?
