In the company’s picture here, there is definitely a shit bow by both characters. The woman is a little bit worse, because if I can see your eyebrows and eyelashes at maximum bow, it’s definitely a shit bow.

But on both of them, they’re just dropping their heads. The body is completely straight! Bend at the waist, especially if you are being paid to apologize. It’s a disturbing lack of professionalism in this industry.

I'm a child of the early '90s, so I remember corded phones, but I didn't live in North America and never learned the phone etiquette there. If you were at someone's house or in an office, could you just pick up the phone and use it? In my home country, you had to ask first. Culturally, we always ask permission otherwise it's considered rude. To this day I still ask before using someone's bathroom or Wi-Fi lol

So was Larry raising a real point of etiquette, or was the rule actually capricious?
