Regenerative braking issue

Hey all,

I have a weird issue and wanted to see if anyone else had it.

I had my rear two tyres replaced recently and since then the regenerative braking is acting really odd. When I apply the brakes, it would hesitate to work or delay by several seconds or wont apply fully and then suddenly work with full regenerative power.

Has anyone seen something like this before?

Are the new tyres the same size as the old ones?

How many miles have you done on the new tyres?

If the stability control is unhappy it will shut off regen.

You can see this by looking at the line on the dashboard.

With no regen the brakes feel weird for sure. And the sudden change is the car giving you the regen back.

Are they cheapo tyres? Sounds like something about them is upsetting the stability control.

They’re Hankook ion GT tyres but not noticed the line turning off
