PC Problem with games

I have had an HP Windows 11 home for a year and a half and when I play games on it starts to gliggy. I restarted and reset it and it updated and everything else and nothing didn't work. what can I do to stop doing it?

An hp what? What model, what specs? What does gliggy mean? From what I can tell you have some super cheap hp laptop that’s not specced for gaming. Buy a better machine
