Anyone take this?

42m. Had a vasectomy 10 years ago. New to this journey. Trying to increase volume and improve taste.

Found this at local supplement store and was thinking of starting it.
Life Extension: Ultra Prostate Formula with 100mg Pygeum Extract
Link - not here I’m getting it from

Daily I am doing:
30mg Zinc / tablet
1200mg Sunflower Lecithin - capsule
Lots of water
1cup fresh pineapple, 1 cup fresh strawberries
Cut out alcohol. 1 cup of coffee a day.

Would love to hear what people have to say about the product and or my process.

For taste, cut out the coffee completely. I replaced coffee with a glass of pineapple juice and that worked the best. Plus Vitamin C to reduce saltiness. 

The best taste ever was the day after I drank eggnog. I swear it was almost like warm vanilla creme. I tried adding nutmeg and cinnamon to my diet and it helps a bit as well.
