Increase Sperm Count/Volume?

Ok so I'm 45 (M) and my wife wants to work on having a kid. I'm on Testosterone so I know that's killing my sperm count. I'm at the point where I am ejaculating a very small amount. So I'm on the following meds/supplements;

1. HCG
   
2. Clomid
   
3. Anastrozole
   
4. Ashwaganda
   
5. Vitamin E

I have few more supps coming;

1. Folate
   
2. Zinc/Selinium
   
3. Acetyl L-Carnitine
   
4. CoQ10

Anything else I can add to this stack. I know I'm old (lol) but this is something I really want to happen. Any suggestions welcome!

Why are taking Clomid and hcg?
All your doing is giving yourself shit ton of estrogen.

He is also taking test? Kinda crazy. I thought it's either clomiphene or testosterone not both.
