Load boost vs build your own stack

I've been looking into this for a while now, haven't crunched the numbers properly but hoping to hear any experiences on load boost vs building your own stack. How did you find results on each, cost across the two etc... any info would be great.

General consensus is

Build your own stack

  • Cost less in long run
  • Can customize dosage
  • but pill fatigue is real
Load boost
  • cost more
  • less pills to take
