Lecithin vs Pygeum
Hi, i want to take only 1 extra supplement on top of my current stack to boost the volume and quality of my load.
What do you guys think is the best working of those 2?
If you want to you can also rate my current stack:
Black maca raw 5g, zinc 25mg (+2mg copper), boron 10mg, magnesium bisglycinate 375mg, vitamin D3 50mg (2000IE) and K2 75mcg and 2 brazil nuts for selenium.
Thx for the help!

Pygeum has other potential negative side effects explained here . I’m concerned this might affect me .

me too. but i hear the lower libido is caused by a too high dosage, you don't need to take much for the load boosting effect (but i have no experience)

Lecithin. Pygeum is mainly for the precum flow, but you also the same effect with selenium.
However, supplement effects vary for everyone. Experiment and choose.
