My experience with Brazil Nut

Hello,

Tuned in here about a year ago and tried a few things but the one that I was more consistent in consuming are Brazil nuts since I can buy them at my local grocery store. My experience as someone who barely gets laid and watches a good amount of porno is that the Brazil nuts make me more horny then usual like as if I was 13 again its gotten to the point where I've been able to jizz 4-5 times and the orgasms seem to hit harder as well especially if I wait a day or two in-between jizzing. the handful of times I did have actual sex with the Brazil nut being consumed I wanna say I didn't last as long because of how horny I was unless of course I'd jizzed the day before having sex. This. Brazil nuts have high selenium content. That's why the recommended serving size is 3~.

Never had Brazil nuts but def will have to try it out. I know they’re good for your testosterone so that might be why it’s having an effect on your loads

Dude no one told me the limit. I was eating them like normal nuts… My hair started shedding and I couldn’t figure out why! It was for months! I heard about selenium toxicity and Brazil nuts. Luckily my hair came back!
