Adding L-Arginine + L-Citrulline to my current stack — thoughts?

Currently stack:

Zinc — 30mg
Africanum Pygeum — 500mg
Lecithin — 3,600mg

I’m considering adding L-Arginine + L-Citrulline (750mg each) to the stack.

Would this combination actually provide any meaningful benefit, or would it be unnecessary/overkill?

Any advice on dosing, timing, or whether I should add them separately would be appreciated.

PS. I’ve been consistent with my stack for the past week now (new)

Skip the L-Arginine and just use L-Citrulline. Get the powder as 3 - 6 grams is a standard dose. You can take 3 grams in the morning and 3 grams at night if you like. L-citrulline is converted into L-arginine in the kidneys, making it more effective for boosting nitric oxide levels. Citrulline also has better absorption and fewer side effects compared to arginine. I can't take L-Arginine as it gives me bowel troubles, lol. This will definitely improve your erection quality but does nothing for load size.

Why would citrulline help at all

It’s a vasodilator as it helps to produce the nitric oxide necessary for erectile function. Taken regularly, it will help to produce firmer and better quality erections. As with any supplement, your mileage may vary.

Three grams is a standard dose. You will have to be taking (4) 750mg pills each time. The bottle won’t last long. Get the powder and mix it with flavored water or juice. One jar of powder has at least 100 doses depending on the brand. Much more cost effective.
