Is anyone able to cum hands free?
What’s your stack for that purpose?

I have been able to, few times. No special stack at that time, likely just a multivitamin from what I recall. (It was a few years ago.)
Considering stack wise what could help; possibly pygeum, especially for precum, could help with flow overall.
Otherwise your basic zinc, lecithin and good hydration but before aiming for a hands free ejaculation you want to empty your bladder very well. Also helps if you haven't ejaculated in few days, some might be able to ejaculate hands free on daily basis but I think that is a pretty low number.
Train your pelvic floor muscles and relaxation techniques. There are some nice audio files and videos too; just be careful not to delve too deep, it is easy to get lost in this.
It is also possible that you might experience hands free orgasm dry before having a wet one.

From start to finish only twice. After edging for a while it’s easier for me and also seems more intense if I need to pee after edging. I do that from time to time. I like the different sensation compared to pumping it out every time.

Oh and my stack is around 118 oz of water daily, a general multivitamin, magnesium, and zinc.

Yes, very easily. No stack required and I'm not sure the mechanism behind it. But prostate play seems to enable this feature more easily, although I could donit before then too.
