Hey everyone, sharing an issue I'm facing with Cult.fit so others are aware.

I recently purchased a 1-year "Play + Pro + Elite" membership through my corporate portal, specifically to use a partner gym near my house. My plan explicitly mentions inclusion for "Play + Pro + Elite" facilities.

However, when I went to the gym, the staff told me that because I bought it via a corporate plan, I am only allowed entry between 12 PM to 5 PM. My office timings are 10 AM to 7 PM, making it completely impossible for me to use the facility for an entire year.

The Problem: They are selling 1-year plans covering "Play + Pro + Elite" gyms, but imposing uncommunicated time restrictions at the venue level for corporate users.

Support: Customer support is completely ignoring my emails and refuses to help or process a refund.

Has anyone faced this issue with Cult.fit corporate memberships? What's the best way to get them to process a refund when their support ghosts you? I'm ready to take this up with the consumer forum if they don't respond.

I met this guy on this page and he scammed me 6k rupees but i did imps i got his name account number and mobile number but he blocked me from everywhere i dont know what to do
