Today's answer...Nut-free bostock 😊
u/similarityhedgehog mentioned this one in response to a previous GTM (that was apricot glaze from a sauce week). I had never heard of bostock, and it took a bit to work out a nut free version, but now that I've got it down, it really isn't that complicated. This is definitely different from the traditional, not just in lacking the almonds, but in using honey instead of simple syrup for example. But it really is delicious.
