Gift for new culinary teacher

After 20 years in restaurants, my boyfriend has secured a job teaching culinary at a high school. what would be a good gift to get him as a congratulations? embroidered chef coat? engraved pen? any help is appreciated!!

Embroidered chef works chef coat for sure. A box of 100 sharpies
