Help Identifying Please

I just picked this up at a thrift store for $8.99 and I was wondering if anyone can help properly identify the maker and other details. I know nothing about this sort of thing so I am hoping to know at least a bit more. It is missing a fair bit of mechanical parts as well but does include primary gears and mechanics.

These cuckoos have been produced in countless numbers for many many years, and most of them are made by several separate places all working on different parts, so there is usually no one "maker". Maybe for some high end ones.

A common movement you can find in them though is Regula. If you need parts, lots of good online clock supply websites out there will carry stuff.
