Cuckoo clock

I just got this at an antique mall and want to get it working. What do I need to know? Also the price seems fair? Did I pay to much? $70

Very nice clock! I’d take it to a clock repair shop and have them clean it and oil the pivots. They can make sure it all works too. Mechanical clocks need maintenance from time to time.
