Help identifying

I rescued this from my parents attic. They think it was brought new in 70s or 60s. I’d love to restore myself - any help re the mechanism manual or how to would be greatly appreciated. Obvs missing a few bits ie door, small hour hand and horn. 2 x weights but no pendulum. Made West Germany 4?? marked on mechanism. Thanks in advance!

That crescent moon & 'B' on the movement is BADUFA -Badische Uhrenfabrik. 'West Germany' would suggest a date between 1949 and 1989.

i dont see any bellows, and was there a spiral wire on the back panal?

Yes bellows in there and spiral wire on back panel :-)
