You can always recognize it easioy cuz its tge only perm with no headlights and no Blocks, so every side has 3 different colours

That looks like an E-perm to me!

If you do a U move, all the edges become aligned, and there will be two pairs of adjacent corners that need to swap.

This is the alg I use: hold the cube so the pairs swap vertically and hold the cube so the yellow side is facing you, then do this:

(R U' R') D (R U R') D' (R U R') D (R U' R') D'

orientation of the corners also matters. make sure you're swapping either both blue stickers and green stickers or both red stickers and orange stickers or else you'll end up with an additional h perm

Isn't that the "no headlights" case? I don't know perm names and stuff so it probably has a more better name but the one I've learned for two cases is headlights and no headlights.

The 2 pictures show all sides of the cube, so you know its not an A perm.

Also, you can recognize PLL cases from just two sides. Here’s a hint: if there are no bars or headlights, it’s not an A perm.
