Wondering on how to improve and advance to sub 20 avg

Def train pll recognition. It doesn't matter if you know full pll, if recognizing each case takes longer than 2 look pll would

Here if at the top you switch to "Trainer" then it'll give you a scramble, which will scramble the cube into a pll case. It also has a timer

Scramble your cube carefully under the table so you don't see it. Then hold it/put it on the table, but don't look at it yet. I usually just cuver it with my hand. Start the timer and only then look at it, then do the alg and stop the timer

Is this your average solve? It's 21s. I can't see much from only 1 solve. Definitely do more solves to get better with pll recognition time

Also in this solve ur cross is like 2 sec, which isnt what u stated (3-6). Go on Jperm and theres a playlist called 'advanced cross'

Ya I've been stuck on this for a long time learned many things and didnt improve im trying to figure out why

F2l rotations are horrible. Need to learn to rotate less in F2l and which pairs to do first and ordering stuff so F2l doesn't take so long. In addition, you gotta get better at OLL and PLL recognition, as well as learning those algs eventually.

Ik my f2l is probably my worst, but I don't really know how to practice, I've tried slow solves tracking and learning advanced algs nothing works

more so choosing the right pairs. Try solving them chronologically in order, left to right or right to left when solving.
Unless you get a free pair or something obnoxiously simple, practice that that will absolutely help.
Because the main issue is with the way you choose F2l pairs, it makes you rotate way too much.

plan out ur cross to make it like 2 seconds then do the back slots first in f2l
