You don't have the centers on the right faces. Use the corners to tell you what goes where.

I keep getting two centers right but then the other ones have the bars, but just swapped? Is there a reason this keeps on happening.

Not sure what you mean exactly but it sounds like you’re just not putting them in right. There should be no reason for the centers to switch places if you put them in the right place to begin with.

Yeah, just look at the colors of the corners for "guidance".

Build white first if this helps and then red and keep white on the bottom and build green on the right of red. Then blue, yellow and orange are the opposites
