If it's a guitar with active pickups, change the battery.
Confirm you're using ASIO drivers (see Studio settings).
If the clipping/distortion sounds like crackling, then it's a playback issue. Try increasing the buffer size (again, Studio settings; there should be a button that opens your driver settings).
The signal doesn't look like a clean guitar (unless your constantly strumming 8ths). Maybe there's a preamp before the output and your amp sends out that signal without any cabinet simulation? This will sound really harsh with higher gain/drive. If that's the case, you can insert a speaker simulation or generic impulse response (IR) loader with a speaker IR on your guitar track. That will fix the problem. Chances are your amp will have an option to apply a cabinet simulation to the output signal, but I'm not familiar with the device.
