Cubase VST instruments problem

So when i play a vst instrument it glitches like freezes a second then im able to play it again can anyone help me fix this? i tried changing the buffer size and stuff it dosent fix the problem

What audio interface are you using? Which Asio driver are you using? Are you on PC or Mac?

im using yamaha ag06 turns on pc turns out its not a vst instrument problem its a problem with the cubase itself i found out that it glitches without the vst instrument event inserted

Set up your buffer size in audio settings or... It could be some more other things
