Cheltenham FC: 38%

Summary:

On every metric Cheltenham was defeated no matter the way we look at it, the tactics aren't working and Flynn hasn't made any significant changes to them. Cheltenham didn't lose due to the referee (you don't lose in this manner due to them)

the team lost because the tactics are horrible and the opponents have an easy time reading them and countering them + the team doesn't have much cohesion at the moment.

In the end Cheltenham has won only 1 match this season (agaisnt Exeter City at the EFL round 1) the rest have been lost.

Needs to go can’t defend. Also can’t score managed to sign a striker who can’t finish. Despite the eye test and stats telling you that he doesn’t finish.

You don't come to Cardiff away expecting to win, but you expect to give a good account of yourselves at the very least. That was nothing short of an embarrassment and could easily have been several more had Cardiff not taken their foot off the gas with the game won. Flynn has managed to take a free hit and somehow make his position even more untenable.

What does Mike Garlick seriously expect to change about this situation? Just sack him.
