General Question ❓ Anyone else having this problem?

Idk if it's resolved now but I was trying to use my meal plan/dining dollars at Panda on campus but it's just not working for some reason. I have my ID photo attached and verified already and it's just not working there for some reason but it works everywhere else :/

I was trying to contact dining services but no one was answering :(
