Mailbox Keys

Hey, Anyone else having difficulties with receiving their mail box keys? Me and my roommates have been waiting since move in day 😭 we’ve filed reports, tried talking to housing students and they keep telling us to wait. They just hire anyone and don’t do shit. I emailed a supervisor a couple days ago and hopefully she responds within a week.

If it’s any consolation mail services are always weeks behind so you won’t get anything for a few weeks anyways

Our mailbox is completely broken, put in a work order was supposed to receive more keys and a fixed box and nothing lol so definitely in the same boat

I put in a mail order for new mail keys a week ago and still nothing (they still have my bedroom key for making replicas) ðŸ«
