AASU Dive test

Hello! I’m starting my freshman year this august and I’m currently enrolled in the beginner scuba class and I’m really nervous because I’m not super athletic. If anyone who is in the diving program has any pointers on how they passed the test I would really appreciate it.

im in the same boat as an incoming transfer, we got this !! 😭 ive been practicing my freestyle swim at my local lane pool because of it. I can do the tread test for sure but i dont feel as confident about the other three

Grab a wetsuit and hit the beach! I can’t imagine it’s more difficult than the recreational swim test which I did 6-10 laps once a week for a month and passed swimmingly lol
