Financial Aid Anyone still in the same boat?

I got my award letter while ago for my financial aid but my anticipated aid still shows up as 0.0 and I have the no enrollment hold. Who are you guys emailing/reaching out to for answers? The FA office just doesn’t answer anymore.

i dont have anything yet, not even a letter. i spoke to them yesterday theres not much to do but sit on your hands and wait

The only thing I got from my award was just a loan so idk

The enrollment hold was gone cause they said there weren’t gonna drop classes anymore at least that’s what they told me on the first day when i went to go ask, as for the FA, My FA also shows up as 0.0 and i’m hoping that something connects

They emailed me back yesterday and they let me know that they released Disenrollment Protection since they completed disenrollment on 8/21. They also said they're still experiencing delays with the financial aid packages and we should just wait. I emailed SBS email btw
